What is the role?
We are seeking an individual with wholesale & On Trade account management experience, as well as QSR and convenience sectors.
* 4+ years of experience in sales or customer service to build On Trade business.
* Engage with current customers, find and contact new customers, schedule online meetings, organize sample sendouts, promote product listings, organize sampling sessions, and follow up.
* Perform desk work including completing listing forms, maintaining notes on our CRM system, and analyzing sales data.
* Organize travel within the country and occasionally in London (all reimbursed).
* Support team attendance at trade shows, sampling events, and buyer meetings.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and grow current distribution channels.
* Support customers with sampling, point of sale materials, and product information.
* Encourage sales growth by promoting current products and introducing new ones.
Drive new business
* Identify, pitch, and secure new customers across Wholesale & On Trade sectors.
* Proactively pursue new opportunities with ambition and independence.
Manage your time and tasks
* Balance in-person sampling and email communications efficiently.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have 4+ years experience in sales or customer service.
* Be passionate about sustainability.
* Enjoy engaging others and building relationships.
* Possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Be highly organized, capable of managing meetings, emails, and visits.
In return, you will have the opportunity to advance to Senior National Account Manager within 18 months if successful.
