Job Title: Automotive Sales Specialist
Are you passionate about sales and motoring?
We are seeking a confident and professional salesperson to join the UK's leading retailer in automotive products and services. Our sales team members are proactive in showcasing their skills to ensure customers receive not only the products and services they want but also everything they need.
You will collaborate with a large team of car enthusiasts who strive to deliver exceptional customer service. Your role involves driving sales across the Halfords group, coordinating vehicle repairs in our stores, garages, and at customer locations such as home and work.
In this position, you'll work with colleagues from our retail stores, Autocentres, and Halfords Mobile Expert teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Success in this role requires the ability to work efficiently and build strong relationships.
Key Requirements:
* Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
* Experience in delivering outstanding face-to-face customer service, ideally in retail sales or automotive environments
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets by converting conversations into opportunities
* Experience in sharing expertise with team members
* A keen interest or experience in motoring products and services
