Registered Home Manager – New Nursing & Dementia Home Woking, Surrey | Full-Time | Up to £60,000 per annum | Permanent
I'm working on behalf of a well-regarded care provider that is looking to appoint a Registered Home Manager for a brand-new service in Woking, currently under construction and due for completion in 3–4 months.
They also have active services across complex care, neuro-rehab, mental health, and youth/adult support, in addition to traditional residential and nursing care.
This is a commissioning role, so the manager will be involved from the pre-opening phase through to full operational responsibility. Leading the commissioning and registration process
Building local relationships to support referrals and grow occupancy
Ensuring compliance and quality standards are embedded from the outset
The home will provide 41 beds, specialising in nursing and dementia care. A nursing qualification is preferred but not essential — the provider is open to experienced managers with a strong understanding of operational and regulatory requirements.
Experienced Registered Manager in elderly care (residential or nursing)
Ideally with commissioning experience or a strong track record of improving and growing services
Confident in working with local authorities and commissioners
Looking for a long-term role with opportunity to progress, with clear pathways to Regional Operations roles as the organisation grows
Home size: 41 beds – nursing & dementia
Salary: Up to £60,000 + performance-based bonus
Start: Flexible, but involvement during commissioning phase is ideal
