About the Role:
Working 1:1 with a pupil who benefits from a tailored, supportive approach
Supporting both academic progress and emotional development
Implementing strategies from the SENCo and external professionals
Encouraging independence and confidence in a safe, structured environment
Close collaboration with the class teacher and wider support team
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has experience in Early Years (EYFS) or KS1, with a nurturing, child-centred approach
Understands child development and can adapt teaching to meet individual needs
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is calm, positive, and resilient
Preferably has experience working with children with SEND or 1:1 support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
