About the Role
This is the perfect opportunity for those looking to step into education. As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Work 1:1 or in small groups with children who need additional guidance
* Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Assist teachers with daily classroom activities
* Gain hands-on experience while learning on the job
Training & Development
Teaching Personnel offer access to a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification, helping you take the first step towards a long-term career in education.
You will also have opportunities for:

* Behaviour management training
* SEN introduction modules
* Ongoing support from experienced education consultants
What We’re Looking For
* A caring, patient and enthusiastic attitude
* Experience working with children or vulnerable groups (e.g. care worker, support worker, nursery assistant, youth worker, sports coach)
* A desire to learn and develop in a school environment
* Availability to start ASAP
* A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
