What You’ll Do As a Seasonal Spa Therapist, you’ll play a key role in delivering a relaxing and memorable spa experience, ensuring every guest receives exceptional treatments and outstanding customer care. Your responsibilities will include: • Delivering high-quality beauty treatments tailored to each individual guest. • Providing warm, professional, and attentive customer service at all times. • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across spa facilities. • Taking spa and beauty treatment bookings and processing payments in line with procedures. • Meeting and greeting guests, creating a welcoming and calming first impression. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for team members who: • Are friendly, passionate, and customer-focused, with a warm and professional approach. • Enjoy working as part of a fun, supportive, and fast-paced spa team. • Take pride in delivering high-quality treatments and exceptional guest care. • Hold a Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy. • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or are currently working towards Level 3.
