More about your role

Location: Gillingham - Dorset

You will assist the Site Manager to manage production on site to the agreed programme, budget, and quality standards. In addition, you will ensure compliance with all Group procedures and external regulations, particularly those relating to SHE.

You will play a key role in upholding the Group's reputation with customers, suppliers, and the community at large, demonstrating our People First approach at every possible opportunity.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager who can drive excellence across the site. You should be adept at quickly identifying issues and ensuring solutions are followed through to meet customer needs.

Relevant qualifications include:

* CSCS Managers Card
* Driver's License

You should also have a proven track record of working as an Assistant Site Manager in a construction or house building environment.
