Your responsibilities will include: Participating in a 1 week retaining on-call rota for the purposes of emergency maintenance Ensuring a high standard of maintenance is achieved in all areas Ensuring that all aspects of health and safety and operational policies and procedures are adhered to Supporting the completion of PPM checks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Ensuring good practices of health and safety are followed. Co-ordinating and supporting contractors whilst on site Ensuring the completion of all contractor paperwork and tool checks on entry/exit of the site Completion of individual tool checks in line with local procedures Escorting of contractors whilst on site and complying with security requirement’s Completing allocated individual tasks – Maintenance Requests which will include repairing/replacing any broken/damaged item within the general building trade.
