Our client, a leading organisation in the aviation sector, is seeking an Associate People Business Partner to join their People team on a contract basis until May 2026. This role is based near TW6 2GW and requires 3 days per week in the office (5 days, 40 hours per week in total). Key Responsibilities: Support People Business Partners in delivering people plans and driving performance Lead on cyclical HR activities including Pulse Surveys, Talent & Performance, Salary Reviews, and Strategic Workforce Planning Analyse people data to identify trends and suggest improvements Partner with Centre of Excellence teams and support recruitment activities Provide project support and guidance to managers on people-related matters Requirements: CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in HR/People roles Strong HR generalist background with knowledge of employment law and best practice. Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools Ability to analyse complex data and present insights Experience working with ambiguity and in challenging environments Knowledge of ED&I principles Desirable: Experience in a matrixed or complex organisational environment Contract Details: Until May 2026 3 days per week in the office near TW6 2GW (Heathrow area) 5 days/40 hours per week
