OVERVIEW: MRI Software seeks an experienced marketing operations lead to build and scale a centralized EMEA marketing operations function. This role is key to establishing analytics and reporting to support growth, streamlining operations, ensuring seamless tech stacks, maintaining data, and delivering lead and pipeline analytics. The candidate will collaborate with executive management, marketing, finance, and revenue operations.
The ideal candidate has a proven record of scaling marketing operations in a high-tech environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Partner with marketing, finance, and sales teams to maintain accurate marketing performance data.
* Build and develop the database for segmentation, analysis, and targeting.
* Maintain campaign tracking and analytics to improve performance, focusing on conversion optimization.
* Optimize lead handoff workflows and track outreach activities with SDR and Sales.
* Assist with list uploads, data augmentation, and contact quality.
* Deliver regular reports on demand generation, program ROI, customer acquisition, and growth.
* Monitor funnel and pipeline metrics weekly for quality and accuracy.
* Implement best practices and standardize sales & marketing processes for efficiency and scalability.
* Support ad hoc pipeline and data requests.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of B2B marketing or sales operations experience; real estate industry or software marketing experience is a plus.
* Experience with data analytics, data management, databases, marketing automation (Pardot a plus), CRM (Salesforce), and Account-Based Marketing (6sense a plus).
* Strong technical and analytical skills.
* Goal-oriented, focusing on key metrics like pipeline impact.
* Experience building dashboards from multiple data sources.
* Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and improve them.
* Cross-functional experience with sales and marketing stakeholders.
* Proactive problem-solving skills.
* Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
* BA/BS in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
