7. Prepare and maintain detailed reports on customer fulfilment activities.
8. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Korean Speaking Customer Fulfilment professional should have:
11. Fluency in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
12. Experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field.

14. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
15. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
