TFG are to hire a Digital Marketing Assistant to work in our Performance Marketing team. This role is responsible for supporting the CRM Team to implement new customer acquisition initiatives and drive profitable growth for our brands; Phase Eight, Whistles, Hobbs and Inside Story. Your duties and responsibilities as Digital Marketing Assistant will include: Support the CRM Manager to deliver CRM campaigns across all territories and all brands Conduct daily analysis and optimisation of campaigns Support the CRM Manager in technical and content audits, identifying areas for improvement Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting insights and recommendations About You. To be successful in the Digital Marketing Assistant role you will have the following skills and experience: Experience working or studying in a Digital Marketing environment Strong attention to detail Analytical thinker with a strong ability to understand and present data Excellent ability to build and maintain both internal and external stakeholder relationships High level of emotional intelligence Passionate about digital marketing, ensuring up to date with latest industry developments Intellectual rigour and agility Demonstrable ability to work in fast paced environments working to tight deadlines About Us At TFG Brands London We Care, We Connect, We Collaborate and We Create.
