Role Description
The Fieldwork Project Manager role is an Hybrid, full-time position located in Wimslow. The responsibilities include managing research fieldwork projects from inception to completion, coordinating logistics, liaising with clients, and supervising recruitment processes for research participants. The role will also involve overseeing schedules, ensuring compliance with timelines, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution and delivery by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and clients.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure efficient project milestones and delivery.
* Demonstrated skills in Expeditor and Inspection to maintain quality and adhere to project requirements.
* Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing progress.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities to handle multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for engaging with clients, healthcare professionals, and teams effectively.
* Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry or prior experience in market research is a strong plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
