Location: Gloucester
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday - Day Shift

The Opportunity:
We're working with a respected precision engineering business in Gloucester known for its high standards, clean working environment, and long-standing client partnerships. They are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join their day shift team - someone who takes pride in precision and wants to be part of a high-performing and supportive culture.
What You'll Be Doing:
Programming, setting, and operating CNC machines
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to produce accurate components
Working with various materials to tight tolerances
Contributing to process improvements and quality standards
Collaborating with engineers and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (Fanuc, Mazak, Heidenhain, or similar)
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality
Previous experience in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment
