We Offer
£28,000 base salary + uncapped commission
Year 1 OTE: £60k+
Year 2 OTE: £80k+
Year 3 OTE: £100k+

What Youll Do
Youll manage the full recruitment process, including:
Business Development: Build your own client base and partner with leading tech companies
Client Consulting: Advise businesses on hiring strategy, talent markets, and growth plans
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage top tech talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach
Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
Process Management: Guide both clients and candidates through the full interview process
Account Management: Maintain and grow existing relationships
This is a target-driven role where your performance directly impacts your earnings and career progression. No prior recruitment experience is needed! We provide a structured induction program and a tailored Learning & Development syllabus, along with a commitment to ongoing training opportunities at each promotional level. Youll play a key role in shaping Levins growth and culture.
