Job Title: Information Manager
Location: Portsmouth (HM Naval Base)
Service Area: Information Management and Technology Department
Hours of Work: 37 Per week
What You’ll be doing as an Information Manager:
You’ll be responsible for influencing all aspects of asset data & information strategy, management, improvement and service provision in order to drive modern ways of working into the organisation and enable the use of dependable information. You’ll lead information quality improvement activity with information owners and custodians from across the organisation, ensuring the resultant information is managed in accordance with our maturing governance and management solution.
You’ll Have:
A have a high level of specialist knowledge in the application of BS1192 or ISO19650 (preferably). With experience of being Involved with day-to-day duties to ensure the team runs smoothly.
About you:
You’ll have knowledge and experience of implementing and delivering basic Information Management processes. You’ll have a working knowledge of relevant Data & Information Management standards and best practice methodologies including ISO19650 as a minimum.
