Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to female clients, including assistance with daily routines, personal care, and social activities. You will work closely with clients to ensure their dignity, privacy, and wellbeing are maintained. The employer provides free, fully-funded training, and offers outstanding career development opportunities, including the possibility of obtaining qualifications up to QCF level 5.

Requirements / Qualifications
* No previous care experience required; comprehensive training provided
* Good people skills, empathy, and a caring, compassionate nature
* Positive, professional team-working ethos
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (where required)
* Alternating weekends may be required
* Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available
