Responsibilities include:
1. Preparing dishes to specifications in a clean, safe kitchen environment.
2. Ensuring all prep and par levels are maintained for each shift.

The Benefits:
* Annual salary up to £43,000
* Additional earnings from our annual bonus scheme of up to £4,000 for Head Chefs

What you bring:
* Experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef aiming to step into a Head Chef role
* Proficiency with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep, hygiene, knife skills)
* A proactive work ethic, leading from the front and maintaining high standards
* Ability to manage KPIs, labour, stock, and food safety
* Experience reporting on metrics like GPs, labour, and food prep
* Experience in training and recruiting kitchen staff at various levels
