Wesley Apartment Homes is seeking a highly skilled and reliable bilingual full time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Arbor Mill Apartments located in Norcross. Starting pay $20.00+ per hour (D.O.E) and potential for monthly bonus plus HUGE apartment discount Wesley Apartment Homes is family owned and operated company with a solid reputation within the industry and we have extremely low turnover. Qualifications:
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
* Possess proven knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, roofing repairs, and other general maintenance skills
* Possess strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
* Detail-oriented and exhibits pride in quality of work
* Takes initiative and self-motivated to complete tasks at hand
* Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends, as scheduled for on-call service requests
* Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Fair Housing laws, OSHA, and EPA regulations
* Reliable transportation is required. Position requires individuals to furnish their own reliable transportation to fulfill the job's functions
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Trouble-shoot, diagnose, and resolve issues
* Schedule and perform preventative maintenance tasks
* Always interact with tenants in a courteous and professional manner
* Assist in maintaining the grounds in pristine condition
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more.
