Position: Finance Manager Reporting to: Group Finance Director Responsible for: Accounts team Salary : £40-45K Location : Halstead area (own transport required) Monday to Friday : 40 hour week on site Based near Halstead, our client is a successful engineering/manufacturing company who are market leaders in their field. An opportunity has arisen for a driven finance manager to join their team and assist in the future development of the business and its wider group. Working with the Group Finance Director, this role will primarily be responsible for providing accurate and up to date information to the board of directors on a timely basis to meet the business requirements. This role involves managing a team of four, ensuring they receive mentorship to aid their development. Leadership and guidance will need to be provided to the team in order to consistently meet the expectations of the board.
