We’re looking for confident, energetic Bartenders to join the team and help deliver unforgettable experiences in one of Brighton’s most exciting beachfront venues. This is a role for people who love busy bars, great music, fast-paced service and creating an atmosphere guests want to come back for. The Role As a Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, delivering fast, friendly and high-quality service across the venue’s bars and events spaces. You’ll be responsible for: Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard Delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment Creating a fun, energetic atmosphere behind the bar Working confidently during busy services and events Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and bar standards Supporting the wider team across the venue when needed Following licensing, health & safety and compliance procedures About You You’ll already have some experience working in busy bars, restaurants or hospitality venues and be confident working in fast-paced services.
