Common Duties:
* Plan, create and deliver engaging lessons for Reception, adapting to different learning needs and styles.
* Maintain classroom engagement and implement effective management strategies to support student learning.
* Foster an inclusive environment, promoting the social and academic growth of all pupils.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and structured learning experience for the students.
Experience: Previous experience teaching in an EYFS setting is desired, with ECTs considered!
