Step Into a Strategic Leadership Role at the Forefront of Oracle Enterprise Applications. Are you ready to lead a high‑performing team, shape the future of managed services, and drive real business value for top‑tier clients?
As Delivery Director, you will spearhead our Oracle Applications Unlimited portfolio – blending strategic influence, commercial ownership, and people leadership at scale.
Key Impact Areas
* Lead a team of 100+ consultants across the UK, Ireland, and India.
* Deliver mission‑critical services to over 70 enterprise customers.
* Own a portfolio worth £/€12 million with full P&L responsibility.
* Drive continuous improvement and transformation across Oracle E‑Business Suite, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.
* Collaborate with commercial and bid teams to win new business, lead high‑stakes bids, pricing strategies, and customer presentations.
* Manage customer retention and profitability through forecasting, margin management, and corrective actions.
* Foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and innovation across functional, technical, and DBA/OCI disciplines.
What You Will Bring
* Deep experience in Oracle Application Unlimited.
* Proven leadership in portfolio or programme management with budgets of £/€500k–3m+.
* Passion for customer success, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead under pressure.
* Committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering double‑digit growth across the Oracle Applications Unlimited portfolio.
* Ability to drive measurable business growth, new value creation, and sustained portfolio expansion.
Qualifications
* Background in Oracle E‑Business Suite.
* Key participant in leading and delivering time‑pressure bids, including pricing and customer presentations.
* High commercial awareness and ability to manage, report and analyse GP, EBITDA, margin for your team.
* Proven ability to attain and retain customers with high satisfaction levels.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to recruit and retain a strong team of consultants and manage resource planning.
Role Requirements – Three Pillars
Customer Delivery
Full accountability for end‑to‑end customer engagement. Ensure customer satisfaction through forums, site visits, and feedback loops.
Commercial Growth
Work closely with commercial colleagues to build and support compelling proposals, manage your own P&L, and achieve GP targets through forecasting and corrective actions.
People Leadership
Lead a diverse team across functional, technical, and DBA/OCI disciplines located in the UK, Ireland, and India, ensuring world‑class levels of engagement and skill development.
