We have an exciting opportunity to join the Olympus Endotherapy business unit as a Territory Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing sales of the product range on your territory which will be across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, East and West Sussex, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, and Surrey (South East of England).
You will target and identify new business opportunities whilst proactively account managing and supporting our existing and expansive customer base, collaborating with all key internal and external stakeholders as required.
Your role will involve demonstrating a range of EndoTherapy devices and products to clinical staff within hospital and clinical environments, and conducting meetings with a range of decision makers with a view to growing market share for the portfolio, as well as providing after-sales support.
Responsibilities
* You’ll manage sales opportunities within your territory through to successful completion
* Professionally represent the organisation at face to face/virtual exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings
* You\'ll deliver support for new and existing customers across the product portfolio
* You\'ll develop and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer requirements, and communicate Olympus solutions & value propositions
* Strategically manage customer relationships & sales activities, including the use of our CRM to effectively manage the business on territory
* You will effectively manage and accurately forecast sales opportunities
Qualifications
* We are looking for candidates with demonstrable sales experience, ideally within in a relevant industry to ours such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life-science
* You demonstrate high levels of integrity, in what you do and how you do it
* You are naturally collaborative and team-oriented
* You are skilled in organising and planning multiple demands & priorities
* You care about providing an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
This role will manage a territory across the South East of England, which will involve visiting customers, demonstrating equipment, attending events and therefore require significant travel – so you must have a full and valid driving license, permitting you to drive in the UK. You must also live in a suitable location, to manage the geography.
