We are currently seeking experienced solar maintenance and installation engineers to join our well-established, innovative company during a period of growth and expansion.

The successful candidate will be part of a fantastic team responsible for maintaining and installing solar PV systems in high-end residential properties, schools, colleges, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Skills And Experience Required
* Must have 18th edition and 2391 or 2394/5 (or equivalent) C&G Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience installing and maintaining solar PV systems
* Solar PV & EESS certificates preferred
* Extensive experience in installation, service, and maintenance of solar PV systems
* Experience with fault finding and troubleshooting solar PV systems
* Technical knowledge of solar PV systems, including inverters, panels, and mounting systems
* Experience & knowledge in Inspection and Testing
* A full UK driving licence
* SSSTS Trained, preferred but not essential
* IPAF/PASMA are advantageous
* ECS or CSCS card
* High standard of client communication skills
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Flexible attitude and presentable appearance
* Punctuality and a can-do attitude
Responsibilities
* Installation and maintenance of solar PV systems on residential, commercial, and industrial properties
* Lead and execute projects maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency
* Carry out system upgrades and improvements to the highest quality standards
* Maintain professionalism: punctuality, effective communication, accountability
* Reactive repairs and troubleshooting of solar PV systems and battery storage
* Adhere to all HSE procedures, conduct site surveys and risk assessments
* Preventative and corrective maintenance of electrical components, inverters, and modules
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards through diligent workmanship
* Demonstrate expertise in fault finding and system functionality
* Complete relevant documentation accurately and promptly
