• Technical development and continuous improvement of systems and equipment
• Absorbing and promoting AMPS in a daily work environment
• Analysis of technical defects that lead to loss of quality or unplanned machine downtime

• Responsible for the selection and introduction of new equipment, components and technologies, as well as the evaluation and analysis of performance.
• Responsible for the planning, layout specification and implementation of defined international projects
• Standard-compliant with specific management systems (quality management, project manage-ment, environmental management, occupational health and safety)
• Responsible and supporting the standardization and technical documentation of machines and systems as well as components
• Responsible for defining the scope of tasks, offers, resource planning and supplier selection
• Minimization of operational costs around responsibility, e.g. overhead materials, tools, machine spare parts and warehousing

• Responsible for the planning, organization and monitoring of maintenance compliance and scheduled servicing of the systems in the assigned area of responsibility

• Responsible execution of tests and optimisation of materials and individual processes
• Organisation of Processes Benchmarking
• Irregular business trips as part of the benchmarking process or for meetings and projects
• Responsible for market analysis - research of new products, procedures and materials for intro-duction to the standardized process and development of new technical solutions.

• Help translate strategic/Plant objectives into targets in responsible area

Requirements:
• Good knowledge of common application programs - CAD, SAP, MS Office, databases, PLC, Infinity, WinCC incl. programming
• Min. 3 - 5 years in a position in the technical field, ideally with management responsibility
• Qualification: Degree in mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering.
• At least 3 - 5 years of comparable professional experience in an internationally active company, ideally with a fully automated production line
