Estate Agent Role
Responsibilities include:
1. Registering and qualifying potential buyers
2. Generating and conducting property viewings
3. Canvassing to bring on new properties
4. Negotiating property sales between vendors and buyers
5. Obtaining proof of funds/AML documentation from buyers
6. Developing relationships with clients
7. Providing ongoing advice to buyers and vendors
8. Booking appointments
9. Delivering exceptional customer service
The ideal candidate should be personable, a team player, ambitious, highly motivated, and genuinely interested in the property industry. Candidates must be UK residents, ideally living within a 30-minute commute of the area, hold a full UK driving license, and have access to their own car. Previous property experience is not essential but having high-level customer service and some sales experience is preferred. The candidate should be well-presented, ambitious, self-motivated, and possess a good telephone manner.

Salary and hours:
* Basic £20,000 - £22,000
* OTE £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
* Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 5pm, every other Saturday 9am - 3pm with a day off in lieu
* Pooled commission with good earning potential
