Job Description
Hunter Savage is hiring internally for a newly created part-time Finance Officer to support our growing business and the Operations Team. The role is based in Belfast City Centre and offers flexible days/hours. Salary depends on experience.
This is a great opportunity to join a team of senior recruiters with an established client base across the UK and Ireland. You will have full ownership of the accounting functions for two companies, one in the UK and one in Ireland. We seek an experienced finance professional who can start immediately.
The position is part-time, between 16-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to suit your other commitments.
Key Tasks:
* Payroll processing (weekly and monthly)
* Invoicing for UK and Ireland businesses
* Credit control
* Reconciling invoices, receipts, and payments
* Reconciling received payments
* VAT returns
* Month-end preparation
