Job Title: Senior/ Associate Architect
Location: Chester
Salary: In the region of £45-55,000 DOE

An established multidisciplinary practice is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior or Associate Architect to join its growing Chester office. This opportunity is ideally suited to an ambitious individual with a minimum of several plus post-Part 3 experience who is looking to take an active role in the continued growth and development of a collaborative, design-focused team.
The successful candidate will contribute to a variety of complex medium and large-scale projects across multiple sectors, including education, commercial, institutional, and leisure. This is a full-time, office-based position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with regular travel required for client meetings, site visits, and project inspections.

Daily Duties
9. Leading and managing architectural projects across a range of sectors
10. Supporting both the creative design process and technical delivery of projects
11. Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and wider project teams
12. Producing, reviewing, and managing technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
13. Presenting design concepts and technical solutions internally and externally
14. Assisting with business development and contributing to the growth of the Chester office
15. Ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical and design standard
16. Overseeing works on site as projects progress
Ideal Candidate
17. Qualified Architect with a minimum of several plus years’ post-qualification experience
18. Strong experience across all RIBA work stages
19. Excellent technical knowledge, including UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
20. Proven ability to run and deliver projects independently
21. Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
22. Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
23. Proficient in Revit with demonstrable project experience
24. Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to progress professionally
