Business Analyst - Inventory Systems
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits
Location: Central London | Hybrid
A global entertainment company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team and work closely on inventory systems analysis. This is a key role supporting the rollout of a new inventory management platform across Retail, Food & Beverage, and Spares operations. You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional environment, helping shape how inventory is tracked, migrated, and managed across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
* Analyse core requirements across inventory processes in Retail, F&B, and Spares
* Map existing workflows to new system capabilities
* Support testing and data migration activities
* Assist in change impact management for warehousing and stock rooms
What we’re looking for:
* Strong understanding of inventory and stock management processes
* Background as a Supply Chain Analyst or Inventory Analyst is highly relevant - especially in parts, F&B, or retail sectors
* Focus is on systems and process knowledge
* Exposure to system rollouts, migrations, or process mapping
* Experience with Netsuite or similar inventory/ERP platforms
