About Our Client
Page Personnel have been briefed on two new ER Assistant roles for our public sector clients based in Wakefield. You'll be working alongside a forward thinking HR team, and will be responsible for supporting with a range of ER issues, updating HR systems, and general administrative support where required.
Job Description
As an ER Assistant you will:
3. Provide first line support to all employees with HR related queries
4. Support the senior HR team with ER cases, grievances and disciplinaries by scheduling meetings, preparing documents, note taking, and providing outcome letters
5. End to end recruitment processes
6. Updating and maintaining the HR system
7. General admin support as and where required
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
8. Previous experience in a similar role
9. CIPD qualification
10. Excellent attention to detail with experience of handling confidential information
11. Pragmatic approach to work
12. Strong communication skills
13. Good IT skills
What's on Offer
Full time role + ongoing until June 2024 + paying between £22816-24336 + remote working with occassional travel to the office in Wakefield
