About the Role:
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care to children and young people
* Work flexibly across our homes in Oldbury, West Bromwich, Stirchley, and Wolverhampton
* Support young people emotionally, socially and practically in line with their care plans
* Promote a nurturing environment focused on safety, stability, and growth
* Work collaboratively with our experienced, supportive team
What We're Looking For:
* Must hold an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
* A caring, empathetic, and resilient personality
* Previous experience in a children's residential setting
* Flexibility to work varied shifts including long days and sleep-ins
* A genuine passion for improving young lives
