Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions Support pupils with their social, emotional, and behavioural development Help create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support Requirements Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant in SEN settings Strong understanding of strategies to support children with diverse learning needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and resilient in challenging situations Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable
