What You'll Do
No day looks the same As a Children's Support Worker, you will:
• Offer trauma-informed care to ensure young people are safe and supported
• Build strong, positive, and trusting relationships
• Promote healthy routines and essential life skills
• Support education, prepare meals, and accompany children to appointments
• Advocate for their voice — ensuring they feel heard and valued
• Transport young people to activities or appointments using your own car
• Help them move forward with hope and confidence
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
A full UK driving licence and access to a car
Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience
Flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends, sleep-ins, and waking nights)
A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
A relevant qualification (such as NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care or equivalent) is preferred but not essential — full training is provided.

Competitive pay: £17.50 – £28.00 per hour (depending on shift type)
