About the Role
As a Client Principal, you’ll play an integral role in expanding our client base and network to grow the Financial Services business across the UK.
You will be entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about technology, using your solution selling and relationship-building skills to make a difference and help organizations understand possibilities.
You will be a key member of the UK Leadership team, helping define technology solutions to solve customer problems in Financial Services aligned with team capabilities and strategy.

Your key responsibilities include:
* Expertise in technology business development in Financial Services, capable of selling various work packages from consulting to digital transformation and Managed Services.
* Identify new business opportunities with potential and existing clients, being forward-thinking and creative in solutions.
* Negotiate business contracts with clients.
* Analyze and understand our target market to recommend service changes.
* Develop business plans and strategies for new markets, clients, partnerships, and services to meet revenue and margin goals.
About You
The ideal candidate should have a passion for working in a dynamic team to solve industry problems across technology and business.
You’ll bring extensive business development experience in the technology sector, with a strong network, preferably including senior roles in leading consultancies.
You’ll have experience selling strategic, digital, and technological solutions in Financial Services, with expertise in Strategy, digital, data, analytics, or Technology and Engineering.
You demonstrate high energy, integrity, and a track record of exceeding revenue and client relationship goals.
You’re skilled at building peer relationships with clients and engaging diverse teams, motivating others, and communicating complex ideas clearly.
You work collaboratively, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
You bring strong knowledge in strategy, business development, account management, marketing, sales, and digital development.
