As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your strengths and preferences. You will create a dynamic and inclusive classroom where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to achieve their best. Responsibilities of a Primary School Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development Foster a positive classroom environment with effective behaviour management Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and senior leaders Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching as needed Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent thinking in learners Participate in school events, CPD, and continuous school improvement efforts Primary Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Recent teaching experience within a UK primary school setting Strong understanding of the primary curriculum Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills Ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners Have an updated CV and an Enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to obtain one) Why Join GSL Education?
