English Teacher – Alternative Provision – New Milton
Are you an experienced English Teacher passionate about making a difference?
Teaching Personnel is working closely with an Alternative Provision in New Milton that supports secondary-aged students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join the team from September, with both full-time and part-time options available.
What we’re looking for:
* UK QTS (essential)
* Experience with SEMH or alternative settings is desirable, but not essential
* Ability to deliver engaging, differentiated English lessons at KS3 and KS4 level
* A nurturing, resilient, and trauma-informed approach to behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
