About the Role
As a Property Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting a Property Manager with the day‑to‑day administration of a busy property portfolio. This is a varied, office‑based role suited to someone organised, reliable and comfortable handling multiple tasks. You will act as a central point of contact, ensuring property matters and maintenance issues are logged, tracked and progressed efficiently while delivering a professional service to landlords, tenants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Property Manager
Logging, allocating and monitoring maintenance jobs to ensure timely completion
Liaising with contractors, tenants and landlords via phone and email
Assisting with property checks and supporting property inspections as required
Updating and maintaining accurate property and maintenance records
Supporting the smooth running of the office through general administrative dutiesAbout You
Previous experience in an administrative or office‑based role (property, admin or IT background preferred but not essential)
Confident using IT systems, email and office software
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders in a professional manner
