Toolroom Team Leader
Orion are working with a heavy industrial manufacturing company who are looking for an experienced, Toolroom Leader to join the team.
Toolroom Leader Salary: £40,354.20
Toolroom Team Leader Responsibilities:
*
o Leading a team of 3x Tool Makers
o Maintaining CNC & die casting machinery – Or similar industrial equipment
o Supporting production
o Continuous improvement in tooling
o Maintenance and production of fixtures
o Fault finding in compact machinery and spaces
o Working into senior management to help with the running of the tool room
Toolroom Team Leader Required Experience:
* Manual Turning, Milling, Grinding, Bench Fitting
* Stripping/Assembling of dies and trimtools
* Maintenance of CNC and die casting machinery or similar equipment
* Previous experience working in a tool room environment
* Experience leading a team
* Strong communication skills required
* Problem solving
* Open to industries similar - plastic injection moulding etc..
Toolroom Team Leader Qualifications:
* Apprentice trained ideally or time served
* Tool making – manual machining skillset/background
* Proven experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment
Toolroom Team Leader Package:
* Competitive Salary £40,354.20
* 26 days holiday Bank Holidays
* PM Shift allowance 16% (£2,640 per annum)
* Attendance Allowance £1000 per year
* Death in service
* Pension contribution
Toolroom Team Leader Shifts:
Double Day Shift: 6am – 2pm & 2pm – 10pm
