In this role you will be working 48 hours a week 4 on 4 off shift patterns.
With our in-house training, youll become the expert behind the connections that keep our ATMs running smoothly across the UK.
Day in the Life:
As a Technical Support, your days are dynamic, covering everything from basic router configurations to troubleshooting network faults. Youll be a valued member of the go-to team for our internal and external customers, resolving technical issues with your learnt expertise and precision. Whether youre on the phone with one of our engineers or diving into spreadsheets, your role is pivotal in our operations division.
The Right Fit:
Were looking for a team player with an eye for detail and a passion for learning.No advanced experience is necessary; were committed to providing top‑on‑train in an environment where your contributions have a direct impact on our daily operations. Agood telephone mannerandexperience working on a helpdeskin the past is desirable but not certainly not essential.
