As part of their continued growth, they are seeking experienced Qualified Residential Property Lawyers to join their team on a fully remote basis. The Role: You will take full ownership of a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, working closely with clients, colleagues, and third parties to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. Cases will include a mix of: Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) Remortgages Transfers of equity Depending on your experience, there may also be opportunities to support team development, mentoring and deputising for Team Leaders.
