Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 3.

Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet diverse learning needs.

Promote positive behaviour and a supportive classroom environment.

Work collaboratively with staff to develop best practice and contribute to school initiatives.

Maintain effective communication with parents and carers to support pupil development.
Candidate Profile
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
*
Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils, ideally Year 3.

Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and assessment frameworks.

Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
