We are a busy and growing Multidisciplinary service who focus on providing thorough clinical assessment to our clients, delivering quality clinical care and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to optimise clients care needs.
Our Registered Nurses will work alongside occupational therapists, nursing, podiatry and therapy assistants. We seek applicants who can to commit 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm. Wound care and catheter experience is essential to this role
At Silverchain, we endeavour to have our team members working as close to home as possible. This role covers areas such as (but not limited to) Baskerville, Chidlow, Darlington, Forrestfield, HIgh Wycombe, Ashfield, Ellenbrook, West Leederville.
