Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the global CRM strategy across email, app, WhatsApp, and loyalty channels.
* Develop and enhance the customer loyalty programme to drive engagement and retention.
* Plan and deliver customer-focused campaigns aligned with the trading calendar.
* Use segmentation and personalisation to improve customer journeys and performance.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM aligns with wider business goals.
Essential Experience:
* Experience in a senior CRM role within fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
* Strong background managing multi-channel CRM programmes (email, app, messaging).
* Proven experience building or scaling loyalty and retention strategies.
* Confident using data and insights to inform decisions and improve performance.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
