Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Business Client Development
* Deliver the Brand message to enhance the customer journey
* Provide an extraordinary customer sales experience to impact sales results
* Maximize potential across product categories through storytelling and fostering synergies
Leadership & Engagement Support
* Support creating an inclusive, customer-first culture
* Assist in using service metrics to deliver sales and profit results
* Help develop team product knowledge and selling culture
Operations
* Expertise in Ralph Lauren store systems, procedures, and cash management
* Interpret key business reports
* Uphold and coach brand standards and presentation
* Coordinate marketing initiatives and price changes
