An established legal practice in Lichfield is seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to support the Head of Department with a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and profile of the commercial property department at both a local and national level. The role As a commercial property paralegal in this team you will work closely with the head of department benefiting from a steady flow of instructions from a diverse client base, including national commercial organisations, residential developers, local authorities and high net worth individuals. You will be involved in a broad range of commercial property work, including but not limited to: assisting with acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, supporting secured lending and investment finance transactions advising on commercial leases and related documentation and preparing sale contracts, option agreements and overage deeds. About you To be considered for this commercial property paralegal role you must have at least two years’ experience as a commercial property paralegal who has had exposure to running some files with supervision. You will be ambitious, self-motivated with a strong technical ability, attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. There will be opportunities to contribute to marketing activity, including writing articles and promoting the department's expertise.
