Marketing Executive – Floor Street
Contract: Full-Time - Hybrid Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Are you a creative, detail-oriented marketer with a passion for home interiors and e-commerce? Floor Street is looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to join our fast growing business!
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the Floor Street marketing team, you’ll help plan and execute cross-channel marketing strategies that drive traffic, convert customers, and strengthen our brand.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Email Marketing & Automation
* Assist in the customer lifecycle email campaigns.
* Design and execute automated email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase etc.).
* Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on engagement metrics.
* Campaign Assistance
* Help to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, and content.
* Collaborate on seasonal promotions, launches, and storytelling moments.
Paid Ads Support
* Assist in creating assets and writing copy for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
* Collaborate with the performance marketing team to test headlines, hooks, and creatives.
* Help manage ad creative libraries and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
* Content & SEO
* Write and manage blog content that aligns with SEO strategy and drives organic traffic.

* Research keywords, build internal linking, and work alongside SEO tools/platforms.
* Pinterest & Visual Platforms
* Manage Floor Street’s Pinterest presence: pin planning, SEO-driven descriptions, and analytics.
* Collaborate with design to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
* Social Media Scheduling
* Schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
* Coordinate with the content team to maintain a consistent posting rhythm.

* Familiarity with tools/platforms like Canva, GA4, Excel, Meta, TikTok
* Understanding of TikTok/Meta trends and performance content.
