Job Description
As a Business Administrator your responsibilities will include:
3. Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
4. Manage and organise correspondence, including emails and letters, ensuring timely responses.
5. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required.
6. Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing necessary documentation.
7. Handle incoming enquiries professionally and redirect them to the appropriate team members.
8. Assist with preparing reports and presentations for internal use.
9. Support the team with general office duties to maintain a productive environment.
10. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Administrator should have:
11. An Enhanced DBS is required.
12. Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a not-for-profit setting.
13. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. The ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
