CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering exclusively with a well established but growing business based in Bournemouth, Dorset, who are hiring for a newly generated Management Accountant role on a permanent basis. The successful exciting time to join a growing finance function where you will be producing management accounts for multiple sites and building relationships supporting in a business partnering capacity. What will the Management Accountant role involve? Production of monthly management accounts with commentary & analysis; Monthly end adjustments & reconciliation work; Assist with group consolidated reporting; Assisting with the annual budgeting process and review of monthly reforecasts, providing detailed analysis; Liaising with key stakeholders to assist with the preparation of the annual business plans by supporting them in understanding the key financial drivers of their individual departments and analysis; Support with transactional accounting tasks when required; Completion of weekly & monthly ad hoc reports. Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy: The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or working towards their ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification; Previous experience in a similar Management Accountant role; Knowledge of Xero is beneficial but not essential; Confident communicator, ability to relay financial information to non finance members.
