Your role –
10. Full time or Part time requirement
11. Focusing primarily on treating long-term conditions, particularly Diabetes, as well as Triage
12. 15-30 minute appointments
13. Mixture of telephone and face-to-face appointments
14. Streamlined admin to reduce workload
15. No extended hours requirement
16. No home visiting requirement
17. Primary Care experience heavily preferred
18. Prescribing advantageous, but not required
